Lisa Ryan – RMT
Lisa lives life with great curiosity and passion for health and fitness, both emotionally and physically. This devotion has led her to graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and been practicing in the downtown and Port Moody area since then.
Lisa implements focused and skilled techniques in Orthopedic Cranial Sacral, tissue distraction, joint manipulation, and systemic deep tissue. As well, she has an enthusiasm for treating upper limb and pelvic issues. She has an overly nerdy interest in dysfunctions such as TMJ, Pelvic floor dysfunction, and Sciatica. Knowing that everyone is different, Lisa enjoys working with the client to learn from them, and also educate the patient about the effects on the body caused by life stress, diet, occupational ergonomics and postural dysfunction.
Lisa brings balance to her life during her downtime by enjoying all that her cherished neighborhood has to offer. Be it on the trails or in the water at Rocky Point, clowning around with her lovable pooch (Toy the greyhound), or fearlessly trying her hand at some new experience, Lisa makes the most of it all with joy in her heart and light in her eye.
